Tolani replaces Rajesh Nair, who has resigned from the company from the position of Vice President - Legal..Tolani was associated with AZB & Partners for 14 years and was a Partner at the time of leaving the firm in December 2023. Since then, she has been working as an Independent Legal Practitioner and as ‘Of Counsel’ to AZB & Partners. Her key practice areas have included mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, venture capital and private equity funds, banking and finance, capital markets, litigation, and corporate advisory. During her stint with AZB, she has advised host of corporate clients across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, ecommerce and retail trading, banking, financial services & insurance, media & broadcasting, telecommunications, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, renewable energy, and education on varied subject matters..AZB & Partners Managing Partner Ajay Bahl said, "Jaishree has been a part of our AZB family and will remain so.
