While his chambers are located in Mumbai, he appears quite frequently before the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court..He was associated with ELP for two decades, serving as Partner and Head of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice..On Thacker's departure, ELP Managing Partner Suhail Nathani shared,"Naresh has been with ELP for two decades and we respect his decision to become an independent counsel.
