The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju from the Delhi High Court to the Karnataka High Court..The decision was taken by the Collegium in its meetings held on August 25 and 26..Born in 1971, Justice Ganju obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 1995 from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She later continued her education in law in the United Kingdom, receiving the British Chevening scholarship in 1999.In legal practice since 1995, she worked primarily before the High Court.
