The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of the Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao to the Tripura High Court..The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium held on May 26. The decision was made after the incumbent Chief Justice of Tripura, Aparesh Kumar Singh, was recommended for transfer to the Telangana High Court by way of the same resolution.
