[BREAKING] Collegium recalls recommendation to appoint Justice S Muralidhar as Madras High Court Chief Justice

The Collegium noted that Justice Muralidhar has less than four months to demit office and the government was yet to clear the recommendation to appoint him as Madras High Court CJ.
