The Central government on Thursday notified the transfer of Justices P Sree Sudha and K Surender of the Telangana High Court judges. .While Justice Sudha has been transferred to the Karnataka High Court, Justice Surender will now be a judge of the Madras High Court..The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended the transfer of these judges in April. .Justice Sudha did her law from AC College of Law, Guntur. After enrolling as an advocate with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh, she practiced at Tenali, Srikalahasti and Kavali. She was selected as a direct recruit district judge and inducted in August 2002. She served with the district judiciary for 19 years before her elevation to the Telangana High Court in October 2021.Justice Surender holds a degree in Geology, after which he did law and began practice in 1992. He has served as Assistant Additional Standing Counsel for the Central government in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
