Bombay High Court upholds arrest of Sachin Waze in Antilia bomb scare case
Waze was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in March 2021 for his alleged involvement in planting of an explosives-laden vehicle near industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s residence.
The Bombay High Court on Thursday dismissed a habeas corpus petition moved by former Mumbai cop Sachin Waze challenging his arrest in the Antilia bomb scare case.
