Advocate Yeshwanth Shenoy has been elected as the President of the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association (KHCAA) for the second time. He sought a directive to implement uniform criteria for listing matters as per the Chief Justice's directions.His petition and subsequent appeal were dismissed.Around that same time, Justice Mary Joseph (now retired) had expressed dissatisfaction with Shenoy's courtroom conduct through a letter, leading to a suo motu contempt case against him.However, in October 2024, a bench comprising Justices Devan Ramachandran and MB Snehalatha dismissed the contempt case, citing procedural lapses.
