- Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret intricate legal documents, identify precedents, and devise innovative legal arguments.

- Strong written communication skills, demonstrated through precise and persuasive drafting of legal documents, opinions, and correspondence.

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate arguments clearly in court, negotiate effectively with opposing counsel, and engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding junior team members, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- High project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results under pressure.

- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, propose process improvements, and address challenges creatively.

- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for drafting, data analysis, and presentations.

- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Marathi or Hindi is highly desirable for client interactions and regional court proceedings.

- Commitment to professional growth, evidenced by participation in continuing legal education, bar association activities, or relevant certifications.

- Dependable and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership for assigned cases and a reputation for maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
