Qualification: CA / LLB

The firm is looking for a Lawyer/ Chartered Accountant having experience of 8-10 years in deal structuring/management consulting with leadership qualities to join its Surat office as Associate Partner/Partner.

Job Description: Transaction advisory, documentation, drafting and corporate advisory.

Remuneration: As per industry standards (Fixed and Variable)
