The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing Bar and Bench’s social media presence across various platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, building a strong online community, and driving audience growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Bar and Bench’s overall marketing goals.

• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action for social media posts.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics and visuals.

• Monitor social media platforms for trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

• Stay up-to-date with the best practices in our industry.

Required Skills:

- Understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
