The sixth episode of Soulful Conversations with Bithika Anand features Rajendra Misra, Executive Vice President & General Counsel of the Indian Hotels Company Limited (“IHCL”), South Asia’s largest Hospitality group.He is a member of the Executive Committee of IHCL. Prior to joining IHCL, he has served as in-house legal counsel of some leading business corporations like Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and ITC Limited (ITC). He has experience of over three decades in diverse industrial sectors, including Hospitality, Personal Care, Home Care, Tobacco, Foods, Lifestyle retailing etc..In his conversation with Bithika, he speaks about individuals who have influenced his values, how it is important to give opportunities to junior lawyers to learn, how integrity and honesty are the cornerstones of his value system and experiences that have impacted him.
