VERTICES PARTNERS, CMS INDUSLAW, Khimani act on Palmonas Series A fundraise

Demi-fine Fashion Private Limited (Palmonas) has raised ₹55 crore [$6.3 million] in Series A Funding Round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India (SEAI).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Palmonas on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Equity Partner) along with a team that included Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager) and Associates Liji Anna Thomas and Hemant Srivastava.

Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Khimani & Associates represented Shraddha Kapoor, co-founder of Palmonas, on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Priyanka Khimani (Founder Partner).

CMS INDUSLAW advised lead investor Vertex Ventures SEAI.

The transaction was led by Karthik Ganapathy (Senior Partner), Winnie Shekhar (Partner) and Rashi Bharadwaj (Partner).

Palmonas plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its 9kt gold demi-fine collection, open 100 new stores in the next 12 months and expand into newer categories.
