VERTICES, Argus, JSA, Antares act on FlipSpaces $50 million Series C fundraise

Flipspaces Technology Labs Private Limited, an interior design tech startup, has raised $50 million through a Series C fundraise from CE-Invests, Panthera Growth Partners and the SMBC Asia Rising Fund.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised FlipSpaces on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vishal Mehta (Equity Partner), along with a team that included Varun Kaka (Principal Associate), Vidhi Shah (Associate Manager) and Stuti Jain (Associate).

Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Argus Partners advised UAE-based CE-Invests, the strategic investments platform of Crescent Enterprises, on their investment in FlipSpaces.

The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Bhalaik (Partner), Vallishree Chandra (Partner) and Associates Kanishk Gambhir, Srishti Sneha, Rohan Lodge, Akshat Khanna, Venkatesh VG.

JSA advised Panthera Growth Partners on this fundraise.

SMBC Asia Rising Fund was advised by legal counsel Sandhya S.

Antares Legal advised investor Carpediem Capital on its exit from FlipSpaces.

Founded in 2015 by Kunal Sharma, Ankur Muchhal, Vikash Anand, Mrinal Sharma, Prafful Sahu, and Ritesh Rajan, FlipSpaces offers a fully integrated, tech-driven solution for commercial interiors. Its platform spans space design, product supply, and project execution, primarily targeting Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), which constitute approximately 60% of the commercial design and build market.

FlipSpaces will utilise the fresh capital to scale its business across India, the USA, and the UAE, deepen supply-chain integration, and further enhance its proprietary technology stack with AI-led interventions.
