TT&A, Addleshaw Goddard advise GuarantCo on a financing deal with HSBC

TT&A and Addleshaw Goddard advised GuarantCo Ltd. on its partial guarantee to Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC). The guarantee supports loans provided by HSBC to Aryadhan Financial Solutions Private Limited and Aryatech Platforms Private Limited.
