Trilegal, TT&A, Hogan Lovells act on Emmvee ₹3,000 crore proposed IPO

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has filed the draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore.

Trilegal is advising Emmvee on this IPO. The Firm is also advising the Promoter Selling Shareholders, namely, Manjunatha Donthi Venkatarathnaiah and Shubha Manjunatha Donthi offering upto ₹856.138 crore in the proposed IPO.

The transaction team was led by Vijay Parthasarathi (Partner), with support from Saurav Das (Senior Associate), and Associates - Shashwat Solanki, Animesh Tiwari, Hanna Robin Vettoor, and Esha Alex.

TT&A is advising Book Running Lead Managers - JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Kumar (Partner), Shubham Sancheti (Managing Associate), Ayana Banerjee (Senior Associate), Associates – Abhishek Iyer, Akshita Sharma, Harsh Shekhar and Pritika Mehrotra and Mihika Ambikar (Paralegal).

Hogan Lovells served as international counsel to the BRLMs.
