Touchstone Partners, Khaitan steer in TOMCAR to India with JSW joint venture

JSW Sarbloh Motors has formed a strategic partnership and joint venture with TOMCAR USA.

Touchstone Partners advised JSW Sarbloh Motors on this JV.

JSW Sarbloh Motors manufactures military and specialist mobility vehicles. The Company designs for extremes, creating rugged, high-performance solutions for armed forces, adventure, and disaster response.

The joint venture with TOMCAR will indigenize, manufacture and support TOMCAR’s TX range of All-Terrain Vehicles.
