SAM, Latham, Khaitan act on Travel Food Services ₹2,000 crore IPO

Travel Food Services Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹2,000 crore comprising an offer for sale of equity shares by Kapur Family Trust.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has advised Travel Food Services on this IPO.
