

Premier Energies Limited and Syrma SGS Technology Limited have entered into a strategic joint venture to acquire KSolare Energy Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹170 crore.
As part of the joint venture, Premier Energies will hold a 51% stake, while Syrma SGS will hold a 49% stake.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Premier Energies on this joint venture and acquisition.
The transaction team was led by Kushal Sinha (Partner) and Dhrupad Pant (Partner), with support from Paulose Abraham (Principal Associate), Ishita Sehgal (Principal Associate), and Associates Anushka Agarwal, Khushi Joshi and Nazish Prabhakar.
