SAM, Herbert Smith Freehills, CAM advise Jubilant Bhartia Group on acquiring 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola

Jubilant Bhartia Group is set to acquire 40% stake in Coca-Cola bottler Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt Ltd from Coca-Cola Co.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Jubilant Bhartia Group on this transaction.
