Poovayya & Co advises MetaShot on its fundraise in a round led by Sauce.vc.

Poovayya & Co advised Metashot ("Gillidanda Tech Private Limited”) on raising ₹11 crore from an early stage funding round which was led by Sauce VC and saw participation from Sharrp Ventures and Panthera Peak Capital.

The firm's transaction team was led by Siddhartha George (Partner), with support from Neytra Nayak (Senior Associate) and Shagun Singh (Associate).

The fresh capital will be utilised to expand the company's team, boost research and development, drive growth, and enhance brand building.
