M. T. Miskita & Co advises Runwal Group on ₹726 crore land acquisition at Lower Parel, Mumbai

M. T. Miskita & Co represented the Runwal Group in the acquisition of prime property of 4.2 Acres in Lower Parel, Mumbai, from Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited for ₹726 crore.

The Firm advised on the entire acquisition, including title due diligence, structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, RERA compliances and drafting the RERA agreement for sale.

The transaction team consisted of Viren Miskita (Managing Partner), Vidhisha Suaris-Lawrence (Partner) and Seema Mangaonkar (Principal Associate).

Runwal Group will use the land for development of a high-end mixed-use real estate complex.
