Luthra advises Axis Bank, MUFG Bank on ₹2,713 crore financing for 400MW Rajasthan solar project

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted and advised Axis Bank Limited and MUFG Bank Limited in connection with the project finance of ₹2,713 crore (approx.) for a 400 MW solar power project in Rajasthan, India developed by ABC Renewable Energy, an entity backed by Brookfield.

The Luthra transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Partner Designate), Garima Upadhyay (Senior Associate), Devyani Kukreti (Associate) and Sayali Dodal (Associate).
