LKS, Antares Legal act on acquisition of Oremus Corp by Fornax

The shareholders of Oremus Corporate Services Private Limited have made their exit from the Company as the Company is set to be acquired by Fornax Corporate Services Private Limited.

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys acted for founders/selling shareholders of Oremus in drafting, reviewing and negotiating the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Noorul Hassan (Partner), Shipra Verma (Principal Associate), Aman Gupta (Senior Associate) and Alekhya Kanda (Senior Associate).

They were supported by the diligence team consisting of Shipra Verma (Principal Associate), Kumar Panda (Principal Associate), Aman Gupta (Senior Associate), Navyashree R (Senior Associate), Aishwarya Narasimhan (Associate), Shrika C (Associate) and Krishna Chandak (Consultant and Company Secretary) with inputs from Dinesh Babu Eedi (Partner, Corporate and Commercial Litigation) and Data Protection Team consisting of Sameer Avasarala (Principal Associate) and Aryashree Kunhambu (Associate).
