Happi Planet, a home care products maker, has raised ₹18 crores ($2 million) from a fundraise led by Prath Ventures and Fireside Ventures.

The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner), along with a team that included Shagun Rathi Mittal (Senior Associate), and Associates, Ayushi Narayan, Hemant Srivastava and Stuti Jain.

Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

IC RegFin Legal advised Fireside Ventures on this fundraise.

Happi Planet provides a range of consumer safe home care products.

The funds raised will be used to expand its product range, increase distribution, scale operations, and add talent across functions.
