Khaitan, TT&A, Hogan Lovells act on Milky Mist ₹2,035 crore proposed IPO

Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited has filed the draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering aggregating to ₹2,035 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹1,785 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth ₹250 crore by the promoters of the Company.

Khaitan & Co is advising Milky Mist, and its Promoters, Sathishkumar and Anithaon, this IPO.

The core team consisted of Aditya Cheriyan (Partner), Chirayu Chandani (Partner), Tishita Mukherjee (Principal Associate), Ayushi Saumya (Senior Associate), Kaushlendra Palawat (Associate), Vanshika Singh (Associate) and Mehar Sharma (Associate), with assistance from the following:

Corporate matters: Vivek Sriram (Partner) and Vaasavi Sashiraman (Senior Associate);

Employment related aspects: Shabnam Shaikh (Partner) and Anushka Venketram (Senior Associate);

Intellectual property related aspects: Sourav Dan (Counsel).

TT&A is advising the book running lead managers – JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on this IPO.
