Khaitan & Co acts on Tata Comms ₹1,000 crore NCD issuance

Khaitan & Co acted as transaction counsel for issuance of rated, unsecured, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures, up to an aggregate amount of ₹1,000 crore by Tata Communications Limited on a private placement basis.
