Khaitan advises Reliance Retail on exclusive franchise arrangement with Saks Fifth Avenue

Khaitan & Co advised retain giant Reliance Retail on its exclusive franchise arrangement with Saks for opening and operating ‘Saks Fifth Avenue’ stores in India.

The Khaitan deal team consisted of Rahul Dutt (Partner), Hetal Thakkar (Partner) and Tanvi Tekriwal (Senior Associate).
