Harman International Industries Inc., a Samsung company, is making a strategic global sale of its Digital Transformation Solutions business to Wipro Limited at an overall deal value of up to approximately ₹3,125 crore (USD 375 million).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors is advising HARMAN on the India leg of the transaction. The Firm is handling all India-related structuring, regulatory, employment, and due-diligence aspects of the transaction.
