JSA advises 360 One Asset on proposed acquisition of 15% stake in Bharti AXA Life Insurance

JSA advised 360 ONE Asset on its proposed investment to acquire 15% stake in Bharti AXA Life Insurance.

The JSA transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Partner), Rohan Kumar (Partner) and Alister Sequeira (Senior Associate).

Mody and Kumar also led the Diligence team which consisted of Gavin Pereira (Associate), Regan D'Mello (Associate) and Ayush Chaturvedi (Associate).
