JCSS Law acts on Empower India Fund investment in Bob eProcure Solutions

Empower India Fund, acting through its trustee Canara Bank and investment manager Canbank Venture Capital Fund Limited, has made an investment in Bob eProcure Solutions Private Limited.

JCSS Law advised and assisted Empower India Fund on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Radhika Subhash (Lead Partner), Yuga Kekare (Senior Associate) and Anmol Deshmukh (Associate).

Bob eProcure Solutions is engaged in Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, managed services, and consulting services to enterprises for digitization and automation of procurement, disposals and other business processes, whether in India or abroad.
