Scapia Technology Private Limited has raised $40 million from a Series B fundraise led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors Elevation Capital, Z47, 3STATE Capital, and Tanglin Venture Partners.

River Law advised lead investor Peak XV Partners on their investment in Scapia.

Founded in 2022 by former Flipkart executive Anil Goteti, Scapia offers a co-branded credit card in partnership with Federal Bank, providing users with rewards on transactions, particularly for travel bookings made via the Scapia app. Prior to this round, Scapia raised $9 million in seed funding in June 2023 and $23 million in a Series A round in November 2023, bringing its total funding to over $70 million to date.

Within five months of its launch, Scapia distributed cards across over 7,500 pin codes in India, with 40% of users hailing from beyond the top 30 cities. The platform supports bookings with all global airlines and offers over 500,000 stays and hotels worldwide, providing features like easy cancellations, flexible rescheduling, and payment options such as 'Travel Now, Pay Later.' In January 2025, Scapia expanded its services to include visa applications for 45 countries and domestic train bookings, further enhancing its comprehensive travel offerings.
