CAM, AZB, Hogan Lovells act on CG Power and Industrial Solutions ₹3,000 crore QIP

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has made an issuance of equity share capital aggregating to ₹3,000 crore by way of qualified institutional placement.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised CG Power and Industrial Solutions on this QIP.

The transaction team was led by Devaki Mankad (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West) and Gayathri Ramachandran (Partner), with the support from Sakshi Sharma, Aniruddh Saraswat, and Shabri Bose (Associates).

AZB & Partners advised the Book Running Lead Managers - IIFL Capital Services, DAM Capital Advisors, and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India), on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Senior Partners Varoon Chandra and Lionel D'Almeida, Partner Rahul Aggarwal, Senior Associates - Bharat Mordani and Rajat Chadha, and Associates - Arika Gupta, Harsh Vardhan Singh, Yagnesh Sharma, Lavanya Jha and Saket Pathak.
