CAM, Veritas Legal, SAM act on Indium's sale of shareholding in Infinity Fincorp Solutions to Partners Group

Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited is set to make a sale of Indium and other minority sellers’ entire shareholding in Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited to PG Lotus Pte. Ltd., a portfolio company of Partners Group; and proposed issuance of equity shares to Partners Group and its affiliates.

The transaction culminated in the signing of definitive agreements pursuant to which Partners Group will acquire a significant stake in the Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited.
