Begur & Partners assisted Five Rivers Portfolio Managers Private Limited in fund formation, documentation and its registration with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) for launch of its new scheme - Five Rivers Dividend Yield Fund (IFSC).

The Firm played a pivotal role in ensuring that the necessary documentation complied with IFSCA's stringent regulatory requirements.

The transaction was led by Rajesh Begur (Managing Partner & Founder), with assistance from Raman Kukreja (Associate) from the Firm's investment funds team.
