Begur & Partners advises Equirus on investment in Datazip

Begur & Partners advised Equirus InnovateX Fund on its equity investment in Datazip (Datazip Solutions India Private Limited).

The transaction team was led by Rajesh Begur (Managing Partner & Founder), with assistance from Tanushree Bose and Arya Choudhary (Associates).

EIF led a $1 million seed funding round, contributing ₹6 crore (approximately $720,000 USD). This investment marked the second deployment from EIF's $30 million tech-focused venture capital fund. They provide Ingestion with 150+ sources, Data Warehousing, Data analytics (BI tool), Data transformation solutions as a whole managed stack.

Equirus InnovateX Fund is a $25 million early-stage fund aimed at supporting tech startups in sectors like SaaS, deep tech, fintech, and B2B domains.
