
Argus Partners has advised Jungle Ventures on its $18 million investment in the Mumbai headquartered Waterfield Advisors.

The funding round comprised a $15 million primary infusion to enhance Waterfield's technology infrastructure and expand its presence across key financial hubs, with the remaining $3 million facilitating secondary transactions involving existing shareholders.
This strategic investment aims to deepen client engagement among India's affluent demographic, including business families, founders, professionals, and women, while extending services to tier-2 and tier-3 cities and global markets catering to the Indian diaspora. Ernst & Young (EY) acted as the exclusive advisor for this transaction.
