AQUILAW advises TVS ILP on acquiring 5.65 acres land, logistic facility in Jalpaiguri, WB

AQUILAW advised TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd. on the purchase of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that owns 5.65 acres of land (partly freehold and partly leasehold) along with a logistics facility located in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.

AQUILAW conducted comprehensive title due diligence exercise which included a detailed review of title deeds, land records, compliance with applicable land use and zoning regulations and carrying out exhaustive title search exercises at relevant offices, courts and websites.

The transaction team consisted of Soumya Banerjee (Partner), Sumana Das (Principal Associate) and Tirtharaj Basu Ray (Associate).
