Antares Legal, JSA act on Celcius Logistics ₹250 crore Series B fundraise

Celcius Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd has raised ₹250 crore from a Series B fundraise, co-led by Eurazeo and Omnivore, with participation from existing investor IvyCap Ventures.

Antares Legal advised Celcius Logistics and its founders on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner) and Surbhi Kothiala (Partner) with support from Divyanshu Bansal (Associate) and Moksh Roy (Associate).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised lead investor Omnivore on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner), Rohan Kumar (Partner) and Alister Sequeira (Senior Associate).

The capital infusion aims to expand Celcius's cold chain network from 600 to over 1,000 cities across India by the end of the financial year. Additionally, the company plans to enhance its technology platform, which includes proprietary solutions like Transport Management System (TMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Inventory Management System (IMS), to improve temperature-sensitive logistics across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, dairy, seafood, and quick commerce .

Founded in 2020, Celcius operates a network of over 4,000 vehicles, 150 cold storage and distribution facilities, and 250 hyperlocal delivery riders. The company serves clients including Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Domino’s, Keventers, and Baskin Robbins. Celcius has reported a 2.5x year-on-year revenue growth since 2021 and generated approximately ₹100 crore in revenue for FY24.
