Labour laws in India play a pivotal role in upholding and protecting the rights of workers and employees. They serve as crucial pillars in ensuring fair treatment, representation, legal support for employees, policy development, legal compliances etc. across various industries.

Bettering Results (BR) has launched two day Online Certificate Workshop on Labour Laws including PoSH Act practice led by industry experts from top law firms. 

It is absolutely important for practicing advocates, in-house counsel, HRs, corporates, CA, CS, law students etc. to understand the framework of the relevant labour law legislations, compliances, PoSH Act, employment agreement provisions etc. and practical aspects from leading industry experts. 

Four new Labour Codes, including the Code on Wages, Industrial Relations Code, Code on Social Security, and Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Conditions Code are also covered in this workshop.

The highlight of this workshop is the simulation exercise on termination and PoSH Act given to participants and led by the experts. This will help you in applying your practical learning through the workshop and get expert feedback. 

The workshop also includes the opportunity to ask questions in the live sessions and access to recording for one year. 

The workshop is scheduled on the weekends, i.e. December 21 (Saturday) and December 22, 2024 (Sunday) from 10 am – 7 pm.
