Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) is hosting the IDIA Football League 2025 at South United Football Club, Bengaluru from March 8-9.

Who can participate?

The tournament invites law firms, corporates and legal practitioners to come together for a competitive yet meaningful cause and support increasing diversity in the legal profession.

Team composition

  • Each team can have up to 10 players

  • At least three qualified lawyers must be in the playing six

  • Two or more organisations can collaborate to form a team

  • Matches will last slightly over 15 minutes (7-minute halves with a 2-minute break)

  • Unlimited rolling substitutions for player flexibility

Why participate?

The tournament provides the opportunity to support a life-changing cause, with proceeds being directed towards IDIA's mission of empowering underprivileged student to access top legal education.

An added benefit of participating in high-energy football matches is the opportunity to level the playing field with peers from law firms, corporate legal teams, banks and PSUs.
