Uttarakhand High Court to revert to full physical hearing from August 24, 2021; request for virtual hearing will not be entertained

A notification issued on August 16 said that High Court will resume normal judicial work through physical mode with effect from August 24.

The Uttarakhand High Court will revert to physical mode of hearing cases from August 24, 2021.

A notification issued on August 16 said that High Court will resume normal judicial work through physical mode with effect from August 24.

"Hon’ble Court is pleased to direct that the Hon’ble Court will resume normal judicial work only through physical mode wef August 24, 2021, and no request for virtual hearing will be entertained by the High Court. No request for virtual hearing will be entertained by the High Court," the notification said.

All the provisions of Standard Operating Procedure notified by the High Court on July 26 which confirms to normal hearings will continue to apply, the notification added.
