Two outgoing batches of HNLU, Raipur to get free Laptops under State Scheme

A scheme launched by the state government of Chhattisgarh will see to it that two outgoing batches of the Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur are given free laptops.

The Chhattisgarh government’s Yuva Suchna Kranti Yojana is aimed to further the cause of digitizing the State. Besides the distribution of smartphones to Below Poverty Line families, the scheme also involves the provision of Tablets (Laptops) to students in State Universities and Colleges.

This year, the benefit of this scheme will also be availed by last outgoing batches of HNLU i.e. Batch XII of the BA LLB (Hons) course and Batch X of the LLM course.

The laptops are being distributed between July 3 and July 13 on furnishing requisite ID before the University.

A notification to this effect was also issued by HNLU on June 29, 2018.
