Kundra & Bansal has rebranded itself as KBD Partners and strengthened its leadership team with the onboarding of Subodh Prasad Deo and Gurmeet Bindra.

Shivendra Kundra, Partner, continues to lead the firm with over three decades of experience in M&A, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance.

He is joined by Subodh Prasad Deo, a veteran in competition law and regulatory compliance with an illustrious career in the Indian Civil Services, and Gurmeet Bindra, who heads the litigation practice with expertise in arbitration, insolvency, employment, and high-stakes disputes.
