Bharucha & Partners elevates four to Equity Partnership

Bharucha & Partners has elevated Vishnu Dutt, Kaushik Moitra, Sneha, and Swathi Girimaji to Equity Partner, Managing Partner Justin Bharucha confirmed on LinkedIn.

Vishnu Dutt, a founding member of the firm since 2008, leads the Capital Markets & Securities Law practice. He has advises on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, IPOs, and QIPs, playing a key role in capital markets transactions.

Kaushik Moitra, part of the New Delhi office since 2017, leads the Media & Technology practice. His work includes policy advisory, regulatory compliance, and media and technology transactions such as licensing, distribution, and revenue-sharing agreements.

Sneha Jaisingh, who began her career at the firm as an intern, now heads the Disputes Practice. She has represented clients in commercial litigation and arbitration before regulatory bodies such as SEBI and SAT, as well as in various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

Swathi Girimaji, who started her career at the firm, now leads the Bengaluru office. She has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments, contributing to the firm’s investment funds practice and presence in Bengaluru.
