Sanjeev Singh and Associates is looking to hire Legal Associates in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 1-3 years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: LLB, LLM

Job Description

  • The firm is seeking dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented advocates with a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.

  • Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

  • Prior experience in commercial, civil, and banking laws will be preferred.

  • The role will primarily involve handling matters, including, but not limited to, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the SARFAESI Act, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

  • Exposure to regulatory litigation and proceedings before tribunals and courts will be an added advantage.

Requirements: The candidate should be proactive, possess sound legal acumen, and be willing to take ownership of both court appearances and drafting work. Strong research skills, clarity in legal writing, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are essential.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
