Job Description and Requirements
The law firm specializes in property matters, RERA, consumer forum cases, NCLT cases, commercial court matters and other civil litigation up to the apex court.
The firm is also focused on statutory compliance, association matters, legal advisory, structuring and drafting of agreements, finding bespoke solutions to legal issues.
The candidate should have a good academic background with keen grasp of legal matters, good drafting skills and ability for legal research.
Candidate should have appropriate litigation experience and skills to be able to independently represent in courts and tribunals.
This is a full time position and good work environment, good office infrastructure and mentoring are available.
LLM qualification shall be an added advantage.
Remuneration: ₹40,000/- to ₹65,000/- per month.
