PQE: 2+ years in Litigation

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B)

Location: New Delhi

Job Description

• Research work, drafting of suits, petitions and legal documentation including legal opinion.

• Appear before the district courts and High court at Delhi, assisting the Seniors in the firm on client matters including Arbitration and Mediation.

• The candidate must be proficient in English and in computers.

• Must have good knowledge of procedures for filing in District Court and High Court.

Remuneration: Standard remuneration, according to market and experience.
