Prosoll Law is looking for lawyers to join their growing civil and commercial practice as associates.

PQE: 0-2 Years

Location: Delhi

Qualification: Bachelor of Law

Job Description

Associates will be responsible for assisting with a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, employment litigation, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

If a candidate is a fresher and is passionate about civil and commercial laws, they are encouraged to apply for this role as well.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on all stages of civil commercial litigation, including case strategy development, trial preparation, etc.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.

  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

  • Perform factual investigations, gather evidence, and interview clients, witnesses, etc.

  • Attend court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as required.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documents, and correspondence.

  • Keep abreast of legal developments, changes in legislation, and case law relevant to civil commercial litigation.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
