Kamal Gupta & Co is looking to hire Associates and Junior Associates in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 3 (Three)

PQE: 0-4 years

Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

Qualification: LLB, enrolled with the State Bar Council

Job Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions with precision and clarity, assisting in case preparation, attending court hearings, client meetings, and arbitration proceedings, managing court filings, deadlines and compliance with procedural requirements, working closely with seniors on complex litigation strategies Ideal Candidate

We are looking for dynamic and dedicated Advocates with:

  • 0-4 years of PQE in litigation;

  • Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills;

  • Strong command over written and spoken English;

  • Keen interest and long-term focus on a career in litigation;

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently;
